Founded in 2004, Efficient Forms, LLC is a privately-held Colorado company who specializes in automated electronic solutions for dynamic and cost-effective forms completion, data collection and process workflow. Their Transaction Origination Platform powers the company's various project by allowing its customers to capture data for multiple forms by using an online one-time- entry "interview."In June of 2004, Efficient Forms launched their first product for the insurance industry, the Efficient Contracting Solution. The loyalty and fan-base over the next two years would begin to prove that Efficient Forms' technology could be used in an assorted number of ways.
As Efficient Forms continued to become the insurance industry's standard for data compilation, they also branched out into their first business to consumer venture, aptly named CollegeZapps. CollegeZapps used the same single-entry interface technology to allow High School Seniors to fill in multiple college applications through the completion of one comprehensive interview. The practicality of CollegeZapps gave students the ability to apply to more colleges, thus opening up more financial aid packages to their families. The success of the product and gratitude expressed amongst its users made it clear to Efficient Forms that their technology was not only a timesaver, but a way to alleviate some of the economic hardships that many of their clients faced.
Launched in Fall of 2008, Seamless Compassion saves clients, caseworkers and county offices time during the benefits process, easing worker caseload and getting help to those in need in an accelerated and organized fashion. CEO Dave Kenney saw discrepancies in the system at a statewide level and knew that his online platform could be integrated into county systems effortlessly.
