How does this process work?
You'll answer a series of questions in an interview-like format. At the end of the interview you'll print your completed application to sign, mail, fax or turn-in to the appropriate LEAP location.

How will I know if my application is/was accepted?
This web site will allow you to complete an application only. You will be responsible for turning the completed application into the appropriate location. Local officials will handle your application from that point forward.
Where do I turn-in the completed application?
At the end of the process you'll be provided with a list of locations, by county — including mailing address and fax number.
Can I download a blank application to be filled-out by hand?
